The untouched oasis of Istria

The Municipality of Liznjan is situated at the very south-east of the Istrian peninsula. It’s west neighbor is the village of Medulin, the sea coast on the south and east and the bay of Budava on the north. The biggest villages in the municipality are Liznjan, which is the administrative center, Sisan, Muntic and Valtura. The number of residents is 3205. The area of Liznjan is one of the latest oasis of untouched nature and traditional Mediterranean way of life.
